ZAID AL-MULLA
Dr. Al-Mulla studied medicine at the University of Kuwait where he grew up. He finished his pediatric residency training at the University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida in 1994, and did one year of fellowship training in neonatology. He then practiced and taught pediatrics as faculty member of the division of General Pediatrics at the University of Florida.
In May 2004 he started Horizon Pediatrics, PC to provide Health Services to Infants, Children and Adolescents in Tigard and the general Portland metro area.
His wife, Eman Lutfi, MD, is a general pediatrician also, and they have two children. Their daughter Zina was born in 1995 and son Ramzy in 1999. He enjoys spending time with friends and family and also enjoys running. He has completed more than 50 half-marathons since 2011 and one full marathon in 2018.
